Christmas/11 Month Old Photo Shoot

Mom and I decided to have a Christmas/11 month old photo shoot of Cooper! It was so much fun, and he did an awesome job! We got a lot of great pictures, but here are a few of my favorites...

Santa Clause is coming to town...

Cooper met Santa for the first time yesterday! He went with his friends Elizabeth and Thomas, and had a great time! They had fun taking pictures with Santa, rocking out to some Christmas music, and listening to some cool stories!

Just a few things I love about our son:

1. His smiles and crazy laughter
2. The way he rubs my hair when he is tired
3. How he is the ONLY one I can sing to sleep (with my terrible voice!)
4. How amazingly patient he is
5. How he splashes like crazy in the bath tub
6. How he hugs on me all day long
7. How he talks and plays in his crib after naps (most of the time!)
8. How he stands up in his crib waiting for us to come get him
9. How he LOVES playing peek-a-boo with us
10. His love for the words "I'm gonna get you!"
11. His love for eating
12. How he is always on the go
13. How he is trying so hard to walk
14. How he LOVES going outside
15. How he is 100% boy
16. His cute little teeth
17. His curiosity
18. How he lays his head on my shoulder when he gets shy
19. His sweet voice
20. How this list could go on FOREVER!

Change

Change can be good. That is one life lesson that I am continuing to ask God to help me with. I realize that it can be good---even when I may not think so.
I love going back through pictures of Cooper (all 2,000 of them!) and just thanking God for the amazing blessing He placed in our lives---something that I have wanted since I was a little girl. He definitely gave us more than I could ever have asked for---
Although I get sad looking at these pictures of him growing up, and how much he has changed, I am also very excited. I praise the Lord for putting His hand over our 5 lb. 8 oz. baby and helping him grow (so far) into an almost 20 lb. healthy little boy!
