Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow...

Today we went for our 28 week (almost 29 weeks) checkup! Praise the Lord for the good report. Everything is going well, and Cooper is doing great. I will now start going every 2 weeks. I can't believe how fast it is going by!
When we went for our 21 week ultrasound, Cooper was breech. We were not sure exactly how he was turned this week (since he is constantly on the go :) ), so the doctor took an ultrasound and we got to see our son...It was AMAZING! One of the coolest things was getting to see him "practice breathing." We CAN'T WAIT to meet him!
Only 2 1/2 months left!!!!!

It's official, "Peanut" has a formal name - Cooper MacLeod Traynum. Here is a taste of the nursery so far... not quite done but getting close. Cooper wanted to thank Granna and Papa John for their help with the crib, and also Nana and Papa for help with the curtains and name you see on the wall... we love everything!

It's a BOY!!!!!

Here are a couple of profile/face shots from the ultrasound today. This was one of the most amazing moments we have ever experienced! It was so incredible to watch our little boy move around, and see how everything is growing.
Praise God for the good report that we received! He weighs about 15 oz. right now, and is measuring in about a week ahead! Looks like he is maybe gonna be a big boy! We are so proud, and thankful for where the Lord has taken us so far on this journey. We can't wait to meet our son!

One week from Wednesday, we find out what "Peanut" is!!! We are so excited, and feel so blessed to be this far along on our journey. We will let you know on October 17th what the Lord has given us!

Baby Kicks and More!

18 weeks! While we were in Greenville, we felt the baby kick! For the past couple of weeks, I have been feeling a funny "popcorn" feeling. Well, Saturday afternoon while I was relaxing, I felt a pretty big pop! I put my hand on my stomach and felt the baby kick about 4 times! Steven has only gotten to feel him/her 2 times so far (It seems that as soon as I call him over to feel, he/she stops)! It has been the most amazing feeling. I thank God for all of these punches and kicks!

17 Weeks!

We are sorry that it has taken us so long to update! Life has been busy with Steven's new job, and school starting back. Everything is going well, and we are just so thankful for our little one!

I am 17 weeks...almost half way there! We are so excited and continuously thank God for this amazing blessing! Thank you for your thoughts and prayers during this time!

Peanut's Heartbeat

Today I heard Peanut's heartbeat for the first time...
It was AWESOME... It was so neat to hear my baby
inside me and know that God has His hand in the making...
I feel completely blessed going into my 12th week and appreciate all of your prayers...
The first trimester has flown by and we thank God everyday for this wonderful blessing!
